Method of recording transactions with card stock

Function:
1). Card stock used to record the transfer of the drug (revenue, expenses, lost, damaged or expired)
2). Each sheet of card stock designed to record data only mutation 1 the type of drugs derived from 1 (one) source of funds
3). Each row of data is only recorded 1the incidence of mutations in drug
4). Data on the card stock used to prepare reports, planning, procurement and distribution as a comparison to the physical state of drugs in the storage.


Activities to do:
1). Card stock is placed along / adjacent to the drug in question
2). Recording done regularly from day to day
3). Each drug mutations (revenue, expenses, lost, damaged / expired) directly recorded on the card stock
4). Revenues and expenditures are added for each end of the month.

Information obtained:
1) The number of drugs available (remaining stock)
2) The amount of drug received
3) The amount of drugs coming out
4) The amount of drug lost / damaged / expired
5) The period of vacancy of drugs
           
Usefulness of information obtained:
1) To determine rapidly the number of drug supply.
2) Planning the procurement and use of
1.      Drugs are arranged according to the following provisions:
·        drugs in bulk (bulk) is stored on pallets or wooden wedge in a neat, orderly, with special attention to the signs (should not be reversed, heavy, round, square, etc.).
·        Storage of groups / types to one another should be clear so as to facilitate spending and calculations.
·        Stackable Storage can be implemented with a forklift for heavy drugs.
·        Drugs in small quantities and expensive stored in a locked cabinet storage held by the officer.
·        The type of drug is stored in one location (racks, cabinets, etc.).
·        Drugs and medical devices that have special properties are stored in a special place.
·        Example: Ether, Film and others.

2.      The drugs are stored according to the FIFO system (First In First Out).
3.      Card containing the name of the drug stocks, units, origin (source) and put together a drug at a storage location.
4.      Section titles in stock card is filled with the:
·        The name of the drug.
·        Packaging
·        Package contents

5.      The columns on the card stock is filled as follows:
·        The date of receipt or expenditure.
·        Number of document receipt or expenditure.
·        The source of origin to whom the drug or drug delivered.
·        No. Batch / No. Lot.
·        Date of expiry
·        The amount of revenue
·        Total expenditure
·        The remaining stock
·        Initial officers who worked
