1. Actually between the distribution channels in consumer products and industrial products alike, they both use the whole system of distribution channels, both direct channels and indirect distribution channels. It's just that the difference lies in the final consumer, which in the distribution for consumer products, the consumer ultimately is the consumer who generally like us. While the distribution for industrial products, consumer ultimately the consumers such as factories and other industries.

2. We use an intermediary when a product that we produce we can not afford to distribute by using direct channels. We use a form of intermediary distribution channels as the target market we are in a place far from us, which we can not reach directly. Using intermediaries to reap market share is also a broad, ranging from consumer-level upper, middle and bottom level.

3. The design of the distribution is made at the time we wanted to determine what products are produced, so we know where the product will be brought to the market, so that terseburt products can reach the maximum market share.

In designing the distribution channels we should pay attention
• The need for the consumer,
• Objectives and constraints of the channel,
• Alternative main channel, and
• Alternatives are an important channel.

4. Distribution channels used for marketing stock is indirect distribution channels, where a company that manufactures or issue shares, giving its shares on the Stock Exchange to sell their shares at the shareholders.

5. Distribution channels are used for educational services as well as the distribution channels used to market the shares of the company, which is here the distribution channels for educational services using indirect distribution channels, which is like the example I Perbanas student, do not pay tuition directly to the lecturer who teaching, but I paid the money in the bank intermediary, then by an intermediary bank before the money is deposited into the Foundation and later by Perbanas deposited again on the lecturer concerned.

6. How to motivate the distributor is to understand the specific needs and desires datri the intermediary, must be able to maintain good relations with its dealers with a variety of approaches that can be done partly by cooperation, partnership and program distribution. Most manufacturers use the approach or the way of cooperation, they use positive motivators such as more profits, special services, premiums, co-op funds, fund exhibitions and sales contests.
