Components of Logistics System

Theoretically, there are five components that combine to form a logistics system, which includes:
a. Structure Facility
The structure of the facility chosen by a company is fundamental to the outcome logistics. Amount, large and geographical setting of the facilities operated or used that has a direct relationship to the ability of services to corporate customers and towards the cost of logistics. A realistic assessment of competence shows that all commercial transactions should be developed in certain locations. Facilities of an enterprise network is a series of locations to which and through which materials and products removed. Selection of a series of locations that excel (superior) can provide many competitive advantages.
b. Transportation
In a network of facilities, transportation is the connecting link. There are three aspects that must be considered as transport-related logistics systems. First is the speed / time of service required to move goods from one place to another place.
