Digital Thermometer Functions
 

The thermometer is one instrument that serves to determine the temperature of the object (object / body).
Digital thermometers work principle
Digital thermometer, usually using a thermocouple as a sensor to read the change in resistance value. Simply put the thermocouple in the form of two wires of different metals that end, only the tip alone, together (welded). The point of this union called the hot junction. The principle works utilize the characteristics of the relationship between the voltage (volts) with temperature. Each type of metal, at a given temperature has a certain tension as well. These thermocouples vary, depending on the type of metals used. Metal type will determine the range of temperatures that can be measured (thermocouple temperature (low temperature) are different from thermocouples to measure temperature of the furnace fuel (high temperature)), as well as sensitivity.
