Distribution is a division that handles and is responsible for receiving the finished product from production, regulate the storage of finished goods and handling the distribution of product to the customer.
The purpose of the distribution is to ensure that the process of distribution and delivery of products to customers are carried out effectively both the number, types and other requirements set out consumers, in order to ensure consumer satisfaction.
Its scope covers the implementation and monitoring of distribution or delivery of products to customers.

1. Distribution has the responsibility and authority as follows:

a.       Responsible for the storage of finished products in the warehouse.

b.      Taking certain products in the FIFO (First In First Out)

c.       Determines the means of the vehicle.

d.      Propose improvements to support the smooth process of the parts.

2. Procedures and work distribution.

The distribution has a procedure and how to work as follows:
a. Finished Goods Warehouse
Procedures and the workings of the warehouse so:
