TERMS FOR STORAGE SHED

1. There should be a permanent procedure (SOP) that govern the workings of the warehouse including covering the procedure on receipt of goods, storage, and distribution of goods or products.

2. Warehouse must be sufficiently spacious, bright and can store materials in a dry state, temperature in accordance with the requirements, clean and orderly.

3. There should be a special place to store flammable materials or explosive (eg alcohol or organic solvents).

4. There are special places for a product or ingredient in the status of 'quarantine' and 'rejected'.

5. There are special places for sampling (sampling room) with the quality of the room as the production space (gray area).

6. Spending materials must use the principle of FIFO (First In First Out) or FEFO (First Expired First Out)

   Storage areas should be designed to ensure the conditions

good storage as follows:

a. Cleanliness and hygiene.

b. Humidity (relative humidity not more than 60%).

c. The temperature should be within acceptable limits (8-250C).

d. Materials and materials should not be stored in direct contact with the floor.

e. The distance between the materials facilitate cleaning and inspection.

f. Pallet should be stored in a clean and well-maintained condition (United Arab

AREA DISTRIBUTION WAREHOUSE

1. Storage areas

   Storage areas should have sufficient capacity to store neatly and orderly. The materials are stored in a warehouse, among others, the starting materials, packaging materials, intermediate products, bulk products, finished products, products in quarantine status, a product that has been approved, rejected products, the products are returned or recalled products. The product is handled and stored in an appropriate manner to prevent contamination, patchwork and cross contamination. c. Major equipment / machine requires special place enough for storage and maintenance.

2. Areas acceptance and delivery

Area receipt and delivery of goods should be able to provide protection against materials and products from the weather. The reception area should be designed and equipped to

cleaning container goods. The storage temperature in this area according to the room temperature (≤30oC).

3. Quarantine Area

Quarantine area must be made separately with clear labeling in the form of a yellow label for product quarantine and green labels for products approved and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

4. Area sampling

The sampling area is made separately with controlled and monitored environment to prevent contamination or cross-contamination and cleanup procedures are adequate available for sampling space.

5. Area of materials and products are rejected

Materials and rejected products are stored in a separate area and locked and have a clear marking in the form of a red label and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

6. Areas of materials and products are withdrawn

The products are withdrawn from circulation due to damaged or expired must be stored in a separate area and locked and have a clear marking and can only be accessed by authorized personnel.

7. The storage area psychotropic products

1. Based Storage Temperature, namely:

a. Warehouse room temperature (≤30oC).

b. Air-conditioned warehouse (≤25oC).

c. Cold warehouse (2-8oC).

d. Warehouse frozen (<0 ° C).

2. Based on the type, namely:

a. Warehouse of raw materials: solid materials warehouse and liquid materials.

b. Warehouse packaging materials.

c. Toxic materials warehouse.

d. Warehouse explosive substances / combustible (Warehouse fire).
