Here are some simple points to consider to help you get out of the deal with the equipment you need at the right price, along with great service after the sale!

Is Capacity & Why Do I Need to Know This?
Rated capacity of the forklift stacker hand is the amount of weight it can lift. Forklift capacity data plate found on the unit along with other important information. Keep in mind that the higher you lift the load capacity will be lower. If you add this attachment will also affect the capacity of the unit. The most rated capacity at the center of the "load 24 Before deciding what to buy or rent a forklift, make sure you have a good idea of the weight and size of load you intend to raise .. Any good dealer can help you with this if necessary capacities range most frequently used from 3.000 to 6.000 units of pounds, but the hand stacker forklift can range from 2.000 to 65.000 pounds or more .. the unit can be raised, the more expensive it is. it is important to know what the capacity of unit you need not only to ensure you get the job done , but you get it done safely. Using forklifts with capacities too small can cause damage to your goods lift and can be potentially lethal for the operator and those around them.

High & High Lift Collapsed
Along with the capacity, you also need to know how high you want to remove your material and if you have height restrictions. Lift height can be the key if you are working on projects that reach above the typical 188 "-189" from stage three straight. "Quad" unit has four poles, which allows them to lift to a height of 240 "or higher collapse A forklift hand pallet as measured from the highest part of the unit to the floor, when the fork is really down .. This measurement is important if you have door or low ceiling in the building you work in, or in your truck loading / unloading.

Is my application? How It Helps Forklift I Choose?
When choosing a forklift hand pallet to the first question comes to mind is "What do I use this forklift and where I use it?" The answer to that question is your application. What do you use it for: to hand pallet stack, moving large rolls of paper, carpet, or log, pipe? The possibilities are endless. Where you do lift the main: in the warehouse, outside on the tarmac, gravel grass, mud, in the woods? Products that you move and what kind of environment you work in determining your application. Type of application you have to specify the particular type of forklift you are like fuel, tires, attachments and documents you may need. If you work in an environment where certain precautions must be taken to talk to your dealer about the specific safety-rated unit. If you work outside in the grass or mud and have a heavy load to lift, ask your dealer about the rugged terrain and four-wheel drive unit.

There is a choice of several hand attachments, and pallet stacker forklift available to you. Carton clamps, clamp rotates, side shifters, marble clamp, battery retrievals, drum handlers, carpet poles, push-pull, fork positioners and hydraulic clamps are examples. Once you have created the capacity and application with your dealer, ask about attachment and if they can benefit you. Special attachments can also increase the residual value of your unit. When buying a unit with more than one feature or attachments you may want to consider a forklift that has a fourth operating lever. Talk to your dealer to decide what the best option for your attachment.

Fuel Options
You also have the dual fuel option to consider when choosing a stacker and pallet forklift: electric, gasoline, LP gas, diesel and gas fuel gasoline / double LP. Your application can help determine the source of fuel to vote together with the costs and preferences. If you work inside the closed facility is unlikely that you would like the internal combustion unit with smoke exhaust, so an electric-powered forklift stacker hand would be ideal. However, an electric forklift is generally more expensive to buy, and their batteries need a special charger and special care & maintenance. If you need a heavy duty forklift likely to be diesel. Forklift dual fuel offers flexibility and mobility are much less, that if you run out of gas you can switch the unit to LP gas to finish the job. Cost and availability of fuel is something to keep in mind, because this would be a burden that is required through the life of your forklift.

Tire Options
Forklift has lots of tire choices. Cushion, pneumatic air, pneumatic and solid foam filled just a few of them. Again, knowing your application will help determine the correct tires for your forklift. If you work primarily indoors, on asphalt or cement pads and tires will be fine. These tires are also available in non-style sign, which will create a black mark from the floor. If you work outside in rough asphalt, gravel, mud or grass you will need a pneumatic tire. These tires have real tread and add more of a cushion between the forklift and the ground. Keep in mind that the hand pallet forklift did not come with its own suspension. Tires on your unit can greatly affect the comfort of your operator. Aftermarket tires are wearing more are also available. Contact your local dealer for your best choice.

Warranty
Just like cars, new (and sometimes use) and pallet stacker forklift comes with a guarantee. A forklift warranty generally covers repairs for the main components of the year/2000 hour, and wearable items for about 90 days. Some parts may also be closed for a longer period. Extended warranties are available at an additional price. Be sure to ask your dealer about the choice of consulting different manufacturers warranty they offer. Some are better than others, so check thoroughly. Before making major improvements to the pallet and forklift stacker you always contact your dealer first. Even if the unit is out of warranty there is still a possibility that the manufacturer will offer a little help, especially if the unit has a clock is running low.

Maintenance and Service
We are so quick to compare the purchase price, rent or lease that we can easily overlook the costs associated with maintenance of our forklift stacker. This can lead to trouble in the long run. Manufacturers have recommended the service to be done on their unit at certain intervals. Reviewing your dealer along with planned maintenance and periodic maintenance option. Planned maintenance is usually scheduled every 200 hours or 30-120 days, depending on how much you use your unit. Services include oil change & filter, check fluids, lubrication and maintenance of various other depending on the type of unit. Regular maintenance is less frequent and include differential fluid change along with other treatments that are less common, and occur about once every year or every 2000 hours. A good salesperson will offer a package of planned and periodic maintenance to forklift your pallet, and come to your location on a regular basis to do that. It also gives engineers the opportunity to look at existing or potential problems and fix them before they cause larger failures. If you rent a forklift then you will have the option of buying the full maintenance package and let the dealer take care of everything, or service unit in your own way. The last option, while saving money today, may cost in the end if you come back from the rental unit by the failure. If you rent a forklift as a short term rental then all maintenance does not include damage / abuse, daily fluid checks & watering the battery should be borne by the dealer.

The Right Dealer
This is probably the most important decisions you will face when they want to buy, lease or rent a hand and hand pallet stacker forklift. Not all dealers are created equal! Even if you are determined to stick with certain brands, at least shop around a bit before going into the first outlet you come to offer your favorite brand of forklift. A key factor when considering forklift dealer to give your business to include: company reputation, quality of equipment, ease the process of selling, aftermarket resource, service capabilities, and overall customer service.
